The Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, one of the leading organizations recognizing outstanding achievement and service to the profession.
Carteret Community College is located on the shores of the beautiful Bogue Sound in Morehead City, NC. The college offers opportunities for lifelong learning through high quality traditional and distance learning teaching, training, support, and enrichment with the intended purpose of improving the quality of life for all citizens of Carteret County and eastern North Carolina.
AndiSites worked with Carteret Community College staff to create a budget-friendly, mobile-responsive WordPress website that features their unique location and offerings. Dramatic aerial photography showcases the waterside. Reorganized content helps their diverse audience–potential and current students, faculty, alumni, staff, and the community–find what they need. “Featured” sections and a swipeable slider let the community college promote important content. Unique features such as live camera feeds encourage users to experience the campus in real-time. And by partnering with Carteret’s staff for content entry and formatting, AndiSites was able to deliver a high-caliber project for a fraction of the typical cost of a college website redesign project.
