The Challenge

Before Our Isanti County existed, many residents faced significant barriers when trying to find support, families navigating housing assistance, food programs, healthcare resources, or community support, individuals with limited transportation, busy work schedules, low digital confidence, or who lived in more rural areas of the county.

Breaking the Barrier

Complexity and fragmented information. Residents had to understand how government departments were organized just to find help. Information was buried within organizational structures instead of organized around how people actually seek support.

Who Benefits

Parents seeking childcare resources, seniors looking for support services, individuals facing housing or food insecurity, healthcare providers making referrals, educators, community organizations, and rural residents with limited access to in-person assistance.

Built for Impact

Families can access resources before challenges become crises. Community partners can make referrals more efficiently. Public health and human services information is placed directly in the hands of the people who need it, regardless of geography, transportation limitations, or familiarity with public systems.
