Pine County Connect is a community resource hub created to help Pine County, Minnesota residents easily find housing, food, health, childcare, and transportation support, all in one accessible place.

The Challenge

Pine County residents often don’t know where to turn when they need help — support for housing, food, health, childcare, or transportation exists, but it’s scattered across dozens of local agencies and county offices. Without one central place to look, many people give up before finding the help they need.

Breaking the Barrier

Managed by Pine County Public Health, Pine County Connect was built to close that gap. AndiSites developed a digital hub that consolidates housing, food, health, childcare, transportation, and mental wellbeing resources into a single, easy-to-navigate platform — along with a community calendar for local events, classes, and support groups.

Who Benefits

AndiSites designed the site around clarity and ease of use, so residents can find the right service without wading through confusing county pages. The experience serves families, individuals, and newcomers alike, guiding each visitor toward the specific support they’re looking for — whether that’s a food shelf, a health clinic, or a support group.
