Set Goals for the New Year

Last week we looked at past goals and outcomes and how our choices affected those outcomes. Setting new goals for 2015 provides a fresh start with renewed focus and direction for creating a successful, happy year and reminds us that we choose how our life is lived.

This week ask yourself a few questions that will help you set new goals. To truly help visualize this life you are creating, use the present tense (i.e., I have, I am…)

Simply, what do I want?
What do I perceive as missing in my life?
What would bring the most joy to my life right now?

Keep a list of these goals posted somewhere they can easily be seen and updated.
