Have Gratitude Every Chance You Get

The more gratitude we have, the more we find to be grateful for. Our perception can be skewed by focusing on the things that aren’t so great. Starting with a clear view of what we have to be grateful for can eliminate some of the false perceptions we create by being overwhelmed with the tough stuff.

This week, make a list of everything in your life that you are grateful for, all of the things that bring you joy or contentment. Include all of the people you appreciate, who have given support, or helped you to have the things you are most grateful for. Then make a list of all of the ways you can show your gratitude and choose one from the list to achieve this week.
