Give Yourself a Break!

So far, we’ve taken inventory of old patterns from 2014, set new goals for 2015, got on the right foot by starting from a place gratitude, appreciated our strengths, and acknowledged our challenges. This week, give yourself a break! Taking time out to reward yourself for a job well done allows you to charge forward with appreciation for yourself and the confidence to make the changes you would like to see.

This week, start a list of all the ways in which you can reward yourself (guilt-free) for making advances towards the goals set for the new year. Pick one and treat yourself this week!
