Paul is a multi-award-winning Professor Emeritus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he taught writing and adaptation for the stage, as well as acting and directing. He is the founder and artistic director for the Southern Writers in Performance Series and Tar Heel Tale Tellers, a respected children’s theatre company. Paul is an Off-Broadway-produced playwright, and AndiSites’ professional storyteller–one who believes that the best stories are told in words and pictures. He has professionally edited articles, interviews, essays, plays, and film scripts on many different subjects for more than 25 years.
Paul knows how to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds, and he participates significantly in interviews and feedback-gathering. He will talk to your stakeholders and community members to learn more about what’s most important to them and how they’d like to use your website. Paul’s ability to connect with people is unique, and his participation in our community-focused website projects provides valuable and unparalleled insights that translate directly to designs and functionality.
Paul holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies & Theatre from the University of Texas at Austin. He has successfully completed trainings in writing for the web, search engine optimization, and user experience.
Paul will interview stakeholders during the discovery process to help determine their needs, goals, and wishes for your new website. Paul will edit your current web page text for web-friendliness, readability, and SEO. He will also provide guidance to your team regarding future creation and editing of web content.
