AndiSites got to know more than just the new JVG brand—we did a deep dive into their processes, pricing structures, customer profiles, bricks-and-mortar stores, and philosophies. We visited their roastery to get a feel for things, and we worked with their team to better understand how they serve their customers on- and off-line. Then we took all of that info, along with a boatload of historical purchase data, and created a new WordPress website with whimsical homepage animations and a distinct personality.
By leveraging AndiSites’ graphic design and storytelling skills, the new website tells JVG’s unique story and better reflects what makes them special.
The all-important ecommerce piece was built using the powerful WooCommerce platform with curated add-ons to achieve all of the “special” things that their online store needed to do. We created separate but integrated experiences for retailers versus wholesalers, and we made it easy for all customers to purchase products and subscriptions online. Customer profiles are created alongside login info so that customers can see past purchases, save payment information, and update preferences. And integrations with Klaviyo, Metorik, and other external analytics and marketing platforms ensure that JVG can properly see, analyze, and act on data in real time.
From an administrator perspective, WooCommerce makes it easier to add multiple prices and variations to products based on user profile, and beautifully designed non-shop pages can be edited using the intuitive WYSIWYG Elementor Pro page builder.
