If something breaks or you want something new, we’ll dive into the code and take care of it for you. Just submit a ticket to our helpdesk, and your request will be handled on a priority basis.

Core & Plugin Updates

WordPress websites are software, so they need to be updated regularly to increase security, fix bugs, and add features and functionality. Updates require backups first and thorough testing afterwards in case of hiccups. AndiSites knows what to look for—and what to look out for—in each release. Hiccups don’t scare us.


Things happen, and the only way to restore your site after a crash or hack is a clean recent backup. We’ll back up your site files and database to Amazon S3 and help you restore them if necessary. And we’ll keep multiple copies in case you need to roll back further: “logic bomb” viruses can take a while to show up, so we like to be prepared.

Support Time

AndiSites tries to give you peace of mind with our support time. From how-to reminders to disaster recovery, we are ready to provide the necessary assistance to help you manage your website. We’ll consult with you on anything web-related. You can use your support time to have us enter content or make small improvements.


If it’s on the Internet, it’s vulnerable. That is why we use tools to help make your website secure. We scan your site using Google’s safe browsing tool and Sucuri.net’s SiteCheck tools to discover phishing links or malware on your site. If we find them, we’ll help you get rid of them.


Fast load times are essential to keep site users engaged. We optimize your database. We remove spam comments, old revisions, and table overhead that bog your site down and harm its performance. We can also check for broken links that frustrate your users and hurt your search engine ranking.

As an AndiSites ongoing support and maintenance client, you’ll get priority attention in our helpdesk. You’ll also get 10% off the price of any hourly work past your included monthly time, and reduced rates on any fixed-fee new projects we do together.
